CRM system implementation in URALSIB BANK

Business objectives:
consolidation of clients data, effectivization of client managers work through the transparency increase of ties between clients and bank employees, quality improvement of work with corporate clients.

creation of the uniform base of big corporate clients of bank with their ties to holdings on the Oracle Siebel CRM basis. The client base is integrated with SAP MDM solution — master system on clients. Implementation also includes bilateral integration with Corporate Information Storage of Bank for financial client’s data exchange.
