Russian Railways

Russian Railways — Rossiyskie Zheleznye Dorogi)  is the state-owned railway company of Russia. The company is one of the biggest railway companies in the world with 0.95 million employees and a monopoly within Russia. The total length of line used by the Russian Railways is 85,500 kilometers (53,130 mi), one of the largest in the world, exceeded only by the United States.

Aeroflot

Aeroflot — Russia’s national carrier and largest airline, it accounts for over 42 percent of international scheduled and 13.7 percent of domestic traffic in Russia. Through its hub at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow Aeroflot operates flights to 95 destinations in 48 countries (28 destinations in Russia). The fleet includes 110 aircraft (as of July 1, 2010).

Sberbank

Sberbank — today is the largest credit institution in Russia and CIS, accounting for about a quarter of the aggregate Russian banking assets and a third of banking capital. Sberbank has the largest countrywide branch network with 18 regional head offices and more than 19,050 retail outlets with about 265,100 employees. Under the new strategy, the Bank plans to generate about 5% of net income outside Russia by 2014.

VTB 24

VTB 24 — one of the major players on the Russian banking services market, the part of the international VTB Bank Group and focuses on servicing of individuals, private businessmen and small businesses.
The Bank network includes 500 branches and additional offices in large Russian cities. VTB Bank is the major shareholder (98.93% shares) of VTB24. The capital stock of VTB24 is RUB 50 billion whereas its own funds (capital) are equal to RUB 96.6 billion.

Gazprombank

Gazprombank — has been successfully operating in the banking market since 1990. It was founded by the world's largest gas producer and exporter Gazprom to provide banking services for gas industry enterprises. Today it is the universal financial institution delivering a wide range of banking and investment services covering over 45,000 corporate and about 3 million private clients. The bank has 43 own branches across Russia.

Promsvyazbank

Promsvyazbank — one of Russia’s leading privately owned banks, successfully operating since 1995. PSB is a universal financial services provider engaged in commercial banking, retail banking, private banking, investment banking, and SME banking. As at 1 January 2010, PSB offered services to 374,000 retail borrowers and depositors and over 80,000 corporate clients. As at 1 January 2010, PSB domestic network consisted of about 240 points of sale in more than 90 communities across Russia.

UralSib Bank

UralSib Bank — one of the Russia’s major banks, it has branches  in 41 regions of the country. As at 2008 URALSIB BANK takes 1 place on the lending to small and medium-sized businesses market and is in the top 5 of Russian banks – leaders  with largest branch network and great number of own cashpoints.

Moscow credit bank

Moscow credit bank — was founded in 1992 and is now a medium-sized universal privately owned bank operating in Moscow and Moscow region. It reaches its clients through 51 outlets, 240 ATMs and almost 820 self-service stations in Moscow and Moscow Region. The Bank has been in trade finance business since 2001, in syndicated loan market since 2003 and in Eurobond market since 2006.

TransKreditBank

TransKreditBank — was registered on November 4, 1992.  Original promoters were major companies from the energy and metal sectors. Now TransCreditBank is a strategic partner of the Joint-stock Company “Russian Railways”.  The Bank operates its regional network in 190 cities and towns of the Russian Federation, 278 offices of the Bank.

Renaissance Capital Bank

Renaissance Capital Bank — the investment bank that offers investment banking, asset management, merchant banking and consumer finance services. The firm was founded in 1995 and is based in Moscow. Renaissance Capital operates as a subsidiary of Renaissance Group.

License area of OJSC «MegaFon», as well as that of 100% of its subsidiaries, covers the entire territory if the Russian Federation with population over 145 mln. MegaFon makes use of advanced technologies, providing the company’s subscribers new possibilities for communication and work with information.

KOMSTAR-UTS

KOMSTAR-UTS — United TeleSystems is the leading supplier of integrated telecommunication solutions in Russia and the CIS. Affiliates and branches of COMSTAR-UTS operate in largest regions within 6 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. The main shareholder of COMSTAR-UTS is Mobile TeleSystems Open Joint Stock Company.

MTT

MTT — a national operator of domestic long-distance and international communication, has been in the RF telecommunications market for over 11 years. OJSC “MTT” is the owner and operator of a digital multi-service national-scale network whose nodes are installed in all 88 subjects of RF. Using ample opportunities of its network infrastructure the Company offers a wide range of telecom services. 

M.Video

M.Video — one of the leading electronic and household appliances retailers in the
Russian Federation. The first “M.video” store was opened in Moscow in 1993. The Company
operates 122 “M.video” stores in 48 cities of Russia and two online stores as of the end of 2007.
The Company is also engaged in wholesale and supplies electronic and household appliances toother retailers.

Russia's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

Russia's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade — was created by President Putin on 17 May 2000. It is tasked with infrastructure development, economic forecasting, market reforms, and the coordination of domestic and international trade. The Ministry of the Economy, the Ministry of Trade and some functions of the Federal Currency and Export Control Service were absorbed by this ministry.

Federal Migration Service of Russia

Federal Migration Service of Russia — (FMS of Russia) is a federal body of executive authority responsible for implementing national policy, law enforcement, control, supervision, and providing state services in the sphere of migration.

Gazprom

Gazprom — is the largest extractor of natural gas in the world and the largest Russian company. Gazprom was created in 1989. In 2008, the company produced 549.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas, amounting to 17% of the worldwide gas production. In addition, the company produced 32 million tons of oil and 10.9 million tons of gas condensate. Gazprom's activities accounted for 10% of Russia's gross domestic product in 2008.

Sibneft (Omsky oil refinery)

Sibneft (Omsky oil refinery) — is one of the Russia’s largest oil refineries, which is a main refining enterprise of a vertically integrated Sibneft holding. It is the part of “Gazprom neft” company. The maximum refinery capacity is 19,5 million tons of petroleum a year.

Cryogenmash

Cryogenmash — is the largest company in Russia engaged in production of air separation technologies and equipment, supply of technical gases and development of comprehensive decisions on processing a casing-head gas, natural gas and LNG. In Russia about 90% of the annual production of technical gases are effected at the equipment manufactured by Cryogenmash.
